James Pym brings three decades of experience across teaching, senior leadership, admissions, marketing, governance and educational inspection. He works directly with every family, offering calm, considered guidance when educational choices matter most.

James brings insight from inside schools and admissions together with a genuinely individual understanding of each family.
James understands education from several perspectives: as a Teacher, Deputy Head, Assistant Head with responsibility for Marketing and Communications, School Governor, Educational Inspector and adviser to families. He has also been closely involved in school admissions, giving him valuable insight into how schools assess prospective pupils and make admissions decisions.
His experience includes a decade of year-on-year record academic scholarship success to leading UK independent schools. This breadth of knowledge enables him to understand what schools are looking for while keeping the needs of the individual child at the centre of every recommendation.
